There are two AC pumps if you have rear AC

The hole in the roof for the A/C unit is 14" X 31"

Standard RV Roof top A/C units (including the Fan Tastic Fan) opening is 14" X 14"

There are A/C Connections behind the B Pillars. Passenger and drivers side.

I decided early on to remove the unit.  There is practically NO information on this to be found online for this procedure.  this is my procedure for this topic with some specifications

To remove the Rear A/C  first you have to disable the rear AC Pump.  To do this simply purchase a fan belt for a 'NON REAR A/C' van,  Fan belt purchased from EuropartsSD.com

Fan Clutch and old fan belt removed, you can see the rear A/C Pump in the lower left of the picture above

* the fan clutch is reverse thread

2.5 hours later, I managed to 'Walk' the new fan belt on the pulleys,  its a VERY tight fit!    I had to remove the fan belt pulley, install the belt over the pulleys, then used a small motorcycle tire lever to pry the fan belt pulley into position,   NOT EASY

Here is the A/C connection lines located behind the B Pillar,

Note:  My A/C hadn't been working due to a leak in the system if your system is not leaking you should have the system evacuated by a shop.   DON'T undo these lines if the system is pressurized

Up on the roof.  removing all of the screws and simply disassembling the unit on the roof, handing them down piece by piece,

The mounting bracket for the condenser was the hardest part for the roof components,  Its glued down VERY well and will take some patience persuasion and some creative prying.

A skylite would be pretty cool!

Using some cardboard as a template, I fashioned this from and old road sign,  its large enough to cover the 14"x31" hole with the 14"x14" hole in the middle for the Fan Tastic Fan.

Putting the Template in place,  a little trimming is required for accommodating for the ribs in the roof,   nothing a flap wheel on the grinder cant handle.

Dry fitting the Fantastic Fan.

a look at the old rubber seal

Removing the old rubber seal

I used rivets instead of screws and a lot of RV Roof Sealer

A look from the inside.    (old aluminum road sign put to good use)
